When you use this platform we collect your email address and name to create your account. If you connect a social media account we access your public profile information and post performance metrics (reach, likes, comments, saves, shares). Billing details (payment method, billing address, country) are collected and processed by Stripe.
We never access your private messages, personal photos, friend lists or any data beyond what is needed to power your account and show content performance. We do not store your credit card numbers — those are held by Stripe.
Your data is used solely to power the features of this platform — building your business foundation, generating content, generating short-form video, and tracking performance. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
To deliver the Platform we share necessary data with the following sub-processors:
Each sub-processor only receives the minimum data required to perform its function.
When you connect Instagram or Facebook we use Meta's official APIs to read your post metrics and (where you opt in) publish on your behalf. Your access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your account in Settings.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for tax, accounting or legal compliance.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at tamara@tamarameyercoaching.com. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, port or object to processing of your data (e.g. GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles), contact us using the same address.
